The Location Facility Container is located in the Global Modules folder: /sitecore/content/Ti/Global/ContentData/Location Facility Container
The container contains the different location facilities which can be edited if necessary
The following fields which can be edited are:
Description
Icon
If you need to add a new location facility, right-click on the Location Facility Container > Insert > Location Facility Item
Fill out all the relevant fields
Save and publish to the relevant market flag
