The table is an editorially-controlled component used to display different pieces of information in a logical format. It is used to present multiple variations of datasets and allow users to easily identify and compare information
The responsive nature of each table ensures that readability is not diminished on smaller screen sizes
To create a table:
Ensure you are on your local market flag
Right click on the local datasource folder for the page you are on and select responsive table from the list of modules
3. In the parent item for the table enter a table heading using the free text field (100 characters maximum)
4. Two CTA buttons can be added to the bottom of the table if appropriate. In the parent item add CTA text using the free text field and add an appropriate link (external or internal) using the CTA link field
5. Enter headings for each of the table columns in the header sub component
6. To add headings for each row, click on the row labels sub component. Under the row values field in the left box enter the row number (numeric value only) e.g. 1 and in the right box enter the row heading text. Repeat this for each row (100 characters maximum)
7. Within the individual row sub components, enter the information to appear in that row under each column heading. In the left hand box enter the corresponding column and in the right box enter the information to be added to the row under that column.
e.g. 1 - We collect your first name and last name to personalise our correspondence with you. (100 characters maximum)
HTML code can be added here e.g. to control the data text format or to include symbols to represent the data such as ticks or crosses
8. Repeat this for each row of your table
9. save and publish
