Change to the local market flag 

On the parent item choose the video file from the media library which you want to display on the homepage  

On each of the child items edit the hero title and CTA text using the "title" and "CTA text" fields

Add a CTA link (this can be external or internal). If linking to an internal item ensure that the linked item is published

In the starting point field enter the time of the video in seconds that you want that particular hero text and CTA to show at
