English-speaking markets
The form elements are a set of components used to request user information and therefore build an established form of communication with our users
Forms are created and maintained within the form designer which can be accessed from the launchpad:
In the designer, ensure you are on EN-AU and select 'create'
In the next window choose competition-eng-template from the existing templates
3. When your form opens use the dropdown to change to your required market flag before making any changes. For EN-AU, remain on the current market flag
4. Drag and drop your desired fields from the design tab into place on the form
5. To change the position of a specific field on the form highlight the relevant field and drag it to the desired position
6. To remove any field highlight it and select delete from the toolbar
7. The content for each field can be edited by highlighting the field and making amendments to the relevant settings for that field under the general tab. The most commonly used field settings are here
8. Enter the content for each field and click apply
9. Once all fields have been added click save as new and enter a name for the form. Ensure that the form name is distinctive e.g., halloween-competition-us. Save the form to the competitions folder
Please ensure that you include the word competition in lower case within the form name as this is required to ensure that email data is received by Zeta correctly
10. Once you are happy with your form content, ask Website Support to publish your form under your local market flag, which is located in the global folder in the content tree
