Acts 17:26-27
26 From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. 27God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us.

28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

God is Near and Everywhere
7 Where can I go from your Spirit?
Where can I flee from your presence?
8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,
10 even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast.
If you believe in the Living God, and believe He is on earth, then God is present everywhere...There is no place without God...
Everything God created is good...And God works for this good in those who love Him, and who have been called to His purpose...Those called to His purpose know that He determined the times set for them and the exact places, they would live on earth...He did this so we would seek Him and reach out to Him, because He is not far from us...
So God is not far from each one of us...Since He created all things, and is near us, the question is -are we near Him?...So do we take God with us, everywhere we go?...Or do we just put Him a department or compartment and talk to Him as we need Him?...We seem to divide our worlds up into work time, hobby time, leisure time, sleep time, etc...When we leave for work, do we take God with us?...When we are talking to our friends, is He with us?...When we go shopping, is the Living God with us?...Is He with us even at home?...Or do we seek God just in the privacy of our homes, and then when we close our door at home, leave Him there in our house?...
We do not think that just because God is sacred and holy that He is available only on Sunday and the Sabbath...He is Love...He created us, we are His children...He wants to be with us everywhere in all our situations...In our jobs, our cleaning, our shopping, visiting our friends -He is near and He wants us to make Him a part of our lives...We do not want to think of our Living God, as Someone we need only when we are in trouble...We should not think of Him as needed or being with Him only on Sunday...We should not think of Him as holy, and in this sense, need Him only on certain holy and sacred days...God is good, holy, and perfect and He knows we are not...
God is not a God of convenience...We should take Him everywhere with us...Working, at home, shopping, running, walking -He is there...We must not forget that God is our LORD of all good things... God is our LORD at work, play, and at home...He is our God, when we are working and doing in the day, and He is our God sleeping at night...He cares, because He is the God of day and night...He cares because He loves the world...He sent His only Son to pay for our sins...So wherever we go His right hand will hold us fast...
