Romans 1:18-32
18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles.
24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.
26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.
28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. 29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. 32 Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.
St. Paul wrote to the Romans that His creation of nature is evidence that God exists...One can look around them and see trees, grass, the sky, the sun, the moon, the stars, all the things of nature are yours to see and believe that they are reality and they are all around you...God has mad nature plain for everyone to see...I am without excuse to believe that nature came from somewhere and has been finely tuned so I know that the invisible things like the air that I breathe and things like gravity exist, so that I must believe that Someone has created them...How did love and morality get on earth, they too, are invisible...At the very least, I should curiously look how did all these things of nature and in the sky get here...Can I suppress the Truth and believe that nature and faith, hope, and love all do not exist?...So as St. Paul said and believes God's invisible qualities-His eternal power and divine nature-have been clearly seen is nature and our surroundings...
The non-believer can say that Paul has lied and cannot prove that these things were Godly things and came from a Creator...They can believe that some Big Bang created the earth and all the things mentioned above and while the Big Bang happened, it also allowed for living creatures to survive and sustain themselves...In fact, we can include all living things like plants are able to sustain themselves after this Big Bang of chemical soup happened...But if we believe that the universe did happen by a Big Bang or had a Source, and is designed, then can we not believe that all living creatures have a process created by God, in the beginning, whereby a living thing comes from another living thing, particularly of the same type and kind and can sustain itself...Then the Big Bang has a Big Banger, the design in the universe has a Designer, and living sustainability has a Sustainer, who is God...Is it possible to believe that life came from God first?...Is it possible that God created all things, in the beginning, including human beings in His Own Image?....And secondly, is it quite possible that all living creatures are sustained by God and that life and living creatures we currently have living on earth account for the diversity and similarities of all kinds of life on land and the sea?...
Jesus tells us that we are seeking God and He is seeking us...Let us first seek God's Kingdom and His righteousness, and all of our daily needs will be given to you as well...Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself...Each day has enough trouble of its own...Remember that Jesus is called Immanuel and God is with us...Jesus taught in Parables and Proverbs and said His Words would never pass, and they have not...He teaches us the Godly Traits and Truths...Jesus brings Light to the holy and sacred human traits of love, joy, kindness, faithfulness, peace, patience, goodness, gentleness, self control, forgiveness, mercy, justice, righteousness, and hope...So when Jesus tells us the Two Greatest Commandments are to love God and to love neighbor, because of what He did I wonder if their can be love without forgiveness and justice without mercy...
So one might believe that we can believe that God caused the Big Bang in the beginning, that He is the Designer of all things, that there are sacred and holy traits and moments in ones life, that there are times when we see the necessity of love and forgiveness, mercy and justice (the Godly Traits), that there are times when we seek purpose and meaning, and that caused these things to come into existence...And there is One who is the Best of Humans, the potential of all humans and He is the Son of God, called Jesus...
