The Longleg tribe appear similar to normal humans except for their lengthy double-jointed legs. Their massive legs allow them to move in ways and at speeds normal humans could only dream of. As such they’re able to avoid even the most lethal of circumstances.

Speed: 40 ft land, 25 ft water
Stilts: You are able to stand above and avoid most obstacles. Your movement is not hindered by rough terrain or other obstacles. If you possess a devil fruit the water must be at least 15 ft deep before you suffer the detrimental effects of being submerged. Additionally, your long and far jump distances are doubled.
Leg Whip: Your speedy legs can whip out at blinding speeds. After an enemy combatant misses you, you may make a leg whip attack as a reaction against any creature within 10 ft. You may use this a number of times equal to half your proficiency bonus per short rest.
Leg Whip Attack: Deals 1d6+Mod Bludgeoning Damage (Can use Str or Dex)
Quick Dodge: Starting at level 5, you can try to use your incredible leg speed to dodge the attack. When an attack would hit you, you can force the attacker to roll again and take the new result. You can use this once per short rest. At level 11, you gain advantage on Dexterity Saving throws.
Excuse Me: At level 11, you can easily step over or push aside those smaller than you. When moving through another creature equal to your size or smaller, you can step over them for no additional movement cost, or if possible you may push them 5ft to one side.
