Focused Patient
A crew can't survive without a medic to get them through the hard times and knows who to prioritize. At 2rd level during a 10 minute period you can bond with an allied creature making them your Focused Patient. As a Bonus Action you can perform the Dash action, but must use your movement to move towards your Focused Patient if you do so. Your Focused Patient gains temporary hit points equal to your Doctor level whenever you would heal them for 10 or more hit points. Additionally you have a general sense of your Focused Patient as long as they are within 1 mile of you.
Field Dressings
You know how to survey a battlefield, apply aid where its needed most, and GTFO. At 5th level, while within range of an allied creature that is under half of their hit point maximum you gain 10 ft of movement speed. When you would heal, remove a status condition, or grant temporary hit points to an allied creature you can use the dash or disengage action as a free action.
Specialty Cure
You've developed your own miracle cure-all. At 9th level you can either create a technique with the restorative keyword or choose a technique with the restorative keyword and immediately gain access to it at no DT or monetary cost. The energy cost of your chosen or created technique is reduced by an amount equal to its rank (Basic -1, Blue Sea -2, Paradise -3, Ocean Floor -4, New World -5). Additionally once per short rest when you use your Specialty Cure you can have it target an additional creature within its range, heal an additional die of damage, or remove a Status condition (only one rank is removed if the target has multiple) of your choice.
Medicinal Bandages
Your knowledge of medicine has allowed you to create specialty bandages that help ensure your patients stay healthy. At 13th level as a Bonus Action when you would heal a creature adjacent to you you can apply Medicinal Bandages to the target. You must spend at least 5 hit points if this is triggered using Healer's Touch. When you do, roll 1d4 the target regains hit points at the start of each of their turns equal to your proficiency bonus.
Medic's Instincts
Your experience of knowing your allies and judging who will need aid has reached perfection. At 17th level, once per short rest you can swap your Focused Patient to another creature within 60 ft as a free action. Additionally once per short rest when you would heal your Focused Patient you can choose to heal the maximum amount possible. If the healing does not require a roll it heals an additional amount equal to your Doctor level instead.
