A tribe of all female warriors that hail from Toshihebi Islands in the West Blue that innately have an understanding of offensive Armament Haki. While their use of said ability is underdeveloped due to a lack of formal instruction in its use, those that undergo training in the ways of it excel far beyond others. They are noted for their snake companions which can be seen wrapped around them at any given time and shape into weapons without verbal commands.

Latent Armament: Your latent understanding of Armament Haki allows you to pierce through even the toughest of defenses. As a 4 energy free action on your turn you may change any damage you do to Force damage, and allow it to bypass Logia Invulnerability. You may use this a number of times equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded up) per long rest. If you gain Armament Haki Attunement later you can choose to ignore the energy requirement a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
Slithering Tracker: You learn the Snake Familiar technique, but it requires your snake as a component and functions as the familiar. You are able to use this technique once per long rest.
Kuja Snake: You have a Kuja Snake companion that shares a mental bond with you. At level 1 you learn the Snake Familiar Technique. As a free action on your turn your Kuja Snake can transform into any of the forms it knows. Your snake knows two weapon forms until you bond with another or reuse the technique. At level 5 it becomes a +1 weapon, at level 11 it becomes a +2. The following options for your snake are as follows:
Longbow
Shortbow
Quarterstaff
Greatclub
Spear
Flail
Pike
Rapier
Scimitar
Whip
Snake Familiar
Requires Kuja
Casting Time: 10 Minutes

While your familiar is within 100 feet of you, you can communicate with it telepathically. Additionally, as an action, you can see through your familiar’s eyes and hear what it hears until the start of your next turn, gaining the benefits of any special senses that the familiar has. During this time, you are deaf and blind with regard to your own senses. As an action, you can temporarily dismiss your familiar. Alternatively, you can dismiss it forever. As an action while it is temporarily dismissed, you can cause it to reappear in any unoccupied space within 30 feet of you. Finally, when you cast a technique with a range of touch, your familiar can deliver the technique as if it had cast the technique. Your familiar must be within 100 feet of you, and it must use its reaction to deliver the technique when you cast it. If the technique requires an attack roll, you use your attack modifier for the roll.
