Precise Bladework
While others may know the blade at a larger scale you've worked on mastering small refined movements with bladed weapons. At level 2 you gain proficiency with any weapon that deals slashing damage and has the Finesse property. When making a weapon attack with a weapon that deals slashing damage or performing a Technique that deals slashing damage you gain +1 to your critical range and you may choose to spend up to 10 x your proficiency bonus number of points from your Healer’s/Destroyer’s Touch feature and add that amount to the damage done as necrotic damage.
Anatomical Incision
Your knowledge of medicine and anatomy gives you an advantage when performing bladework. At 5th level when you deal Slashing damage with a weapon attack or technique you can attempt to target a specific location. The creature must make a Constitution Saving Throw versus your Special Save DC or suffer one of the effects below (your choice when performing the attack).
Hamstrung: The targets movement speed is reduced by 10 ft until the end of their next turn.
Biceps Ligament: The first attack roll a target would make on a their next turn is made at disadvantage.
Meridian Network: If the target would attempt to use a technique on their next turn the cost is increased by an amount equal to its rank (Basic 1, Blue Sea 2, Paradise 3, Ocean Floor 4, New World 5, Laugh Tale 6). Additionally they have a 1d4 penalty to Concentration checks until the end of their next turn.
Vein Incision: The target gains one rank of bleed.
Surgeon's Focus
You slip into the zone when dealing anatomical strikes. At 9th level your critical range with weapons or techniques deal slashing damage is increased by another +1. When you would deal a critical strike with either of these against a hostile target you regain 10 points into your Healer's/Destroyer's touch pool.
Emergency Surgery
You know when you need to work quickly and can easily meet that pressure. At 13th level once per turn when you take the attack action when you would make an attack with a weapon that deals slashing damage you can attack twice. Additionally if you heal an unconscious creature that is has any amount of failed Death Saves you can remove one failed Death Save in addition to the normal healing. If this is done with Healer's Touch and at least 10 points are spent you can remove two failed Death Saves instead.
Surgeon of Death
You know how to end a life if need be and use your skills elsewhere where they're needed. At 17th level twice per Long Rest when you would kill or knock an enemy unconscious you can choose regain half of your total points to your Healer’s/Destroyer’s Touch feature or regain half as much energy.
