A solid defender when going up against any type of boss monster, it further reduces damage taken when bosses go into low-health/rampage mode, aka when boss attacks are most dangerous. The resistance to knockdown/knockback effects can also be useful.
Its defense is focused on boss monsters, and while its increased resistance to knockdown/knockback effects may look good on paper, it has little synergy with most PVP focused builds.
Damage isn't that good has a very long cooldown. Knockback may push an enemy out of harm's way but you would probably prefer a familiar with higher damage or actual defensive abilities.
