The Illusion Labyrinth is a series of challenge dungeons, where you must defeat a set of enemies within the given time limit. Each stage is progressively harder, but provides progressively better rewards. You must clear each stage to access the next one.
It can be accessed from the main menu under the Challenges sub menu.
Each floor of the Illusion Labyrinth has 10 stages, which must be cleared in order. Stages 1-4 and 6-9 are normal stages, where you must defeat several waves of monsters, for a total of 24 monsters.
Stage 5 is a Chaos Gate stage. You need to destroy all 3 Chaos Gates to clear the stage. It is useful to also defeat the monsters they spawn, but not required.
Stage 10 is a Boss stage. You must defeat the boss to clear the stage. Many of them are recycled from main story quest.
All stages in a floor share the same element, so you will want to use a build of the element strong against it. The game will remind you what element to use in the right hand info box, underneath the listing for your combat power and the recommended combat power.
There are currently a total of 15 floors of Illusion Labryinth, although more are planned to be added in future updates.

Each stage has a primary mission (clear the stage within the time limit) and 3 sub-missions. These can be seen in the left infobox on the screen. Each sub mission you clear will earn you a star (max 3). Rewards for clearing a stage's primary and sub missions can only be earned once per account.
Sub missions vary by floor and can be things like "defeat X enemies in Y time", "use less than X potions during the fight," "use familiar skills X times", etc. The trickiest one is usually "clear the stage using only normal attacks" as both skills and familiar skills will invalidate this mission. Turning on semi-auto battle is the easiest way to achieve this as the game will only use normal attacks when this is on.
Sub missions do not have to be cleared on the same run. You can rechallenge a floor as many times as you need to to clear out sub missions. This is especially useful when sub missions include both "use only normal attacks" and "clear within X seconds", which are very hard to do at the same time unless you are overpowered for that stage. Simply clear the stage twice, focusing on one sub mission at a time.
Earning stars for stage sub missions also go towards earning floor rewards. You can get additional rewards at 10, 20, and 30 (max) stars per floor.
Every week, you can earn rewards such as tetroblock pieces for having cleared floors in the Illusion Labryinth. The more floors you have cleared, the better the reward. You do not need to have challenged any floors recently to get this; it's a perpetually renewing reward based on your highest clear.
