Skill Information: Acquiring Skills | Transcending Skills | All-class Active Skills | All-class Passive Skills
Passive skills are ones that are active in the background, and cover a variety of buffs to your character. Some passive skills are also applied to your party, as indicated by the "P" signifier on the bottom of its icon. You can set up to 4 skills at a time, although the 4th skill must be a party skill; if you are using decks, you will need to assign skills for each deck individually.
The skills listed here can be used by any class. Once a skill is learned, you can assign it to any/all of your classes without limitation. You can use a combination of class-specific and all-class skills, allowing you to create highly customized loadouts to match your playstyle or to complement the skills other party members bring.
Skills are learned by acquiring magic books, which come from various sources. Multiple copies of books are required to level up the skill, to a max level of 10. You'll also earn collector book bonuses for leveling skills up to levels 3, 6, and 10.
