🌿 Enrollment Fee

A one-time $75 Enrollment Fee is required to activate student status.

The enrollment fee covers:

• Administrative onboarding
• Student account setup
• Learning portal activation
• Institutional record creation

The enrollment fee is non-refundable.

🌿 Monthly Subscription Tuition

Tuition is billed as a recurring monthly subscription through PayPal.

Subscription levels are as follows:

Level 1 — $19/month
Level 2 — $39/month
Level 3 — $59/month
Practitioner-Level — $125/month
Specialist-Level — $150/month

Tuition grants access to the academic resources associated with the selected level.

🌿 Automatic Billing

All recurring payments are processed through PayPal.

By enrolling, students authorize PayPal to charge their selected subscription level on a recurring monthly basis.

NHMEC does not manually process recurring payments.

🌿 Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for:

• Maintaining valid payment information within PayPal
• Canceling subscriptions if they choose to withdraw
• Monitoring their PayPal billing schedule

NHMEC is not responsible for subscriptions that remain active due to failure to cancel through PayPal.

Failure to cancel prior to the billing date will result in automatic charge.

🌿 Cancellation Policy

Students may cancel their subscription at any time through their PayPal account.

Upon cancellation:

• Access to Canvas coursework will be suspended
• Access to live webinars and roundtables will end
• Practitioner privileges will pause

Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

🌿 Refund Policy

Due to immediate digital access to educational materials:

• Enrollment fees are non-refundable
• Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once processed
• No refunds are issued for partial use of a billing cycle

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.

🌿 Failed or Returned Payments

If a payment fails or is reversed:

• Course access may be suspended
• Live participation privileges may be paused

Access will be restored once payment issues are resolved.

🌿 Re-Enrollment

Students who cancel may re-enroll at any time within their four-year completion window by reactivating their subscription.

If inactive for more than six months, a new enrollment fee may be required.

Re-enrolled students must comply with the current tuition structure and academic standards.

🌿 Tuition Adjustments

NHMEC reserves the right to adjust tuition rates.

Rate changes will not affect currently active subscriptions but may apply upon cancellation and re-enrollment.

🌿 Agreement

By enrolling in NHMEC programs, students acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Subscription & Payment Policy.
