Natural Health Ministries Education Center operates on a monthly PayPal subscription model.
Students may cancel at any time.
To cancel your enrollment:
Log into your PayPal account
Navigate to “Subscriptions”
Select NHMEC subscription
Click “Cancel”
NHMEC does not manually cancel subscriptions on behalf of students.
All cancellations must be completed directly through PayPal.
• Cancellation stops future billing.
• Access remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
• No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Students are responsible for:
• Managing their PayPal subscription
• Canceling prior to their next billing date
• Maintaining updated payment information
Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle will result in automatic charge according to the subscription agreement.
Once your billing cycle ends:
• Access to Canvas coursework is suspended
• Access to live webinars and roundtables ends
• Practitioner practicum participation pauses
• Registry eligibility progress pauses
Academic progress remains on file within the applicable completion window (Practitioner & Specialist levels).
Students may re-enroll at any time by:
• Reactivating subscription
• Paying any required reactivation enrollment fee (if inactive 6+ months)
Re-enrollment is subject to current tuition structure and policies.
Cancellation:
• Does not automatically request a refund
• Does not erase academic records
• Does not grant certification
Certification and diplomas require completion of academic standards.
