Practitioner Level – Advanced Professional Training
The Christian Herbal Wellness Practitioner level is NHMEC’s highest tier of structured herbal education.
This advanced pathway is designed for students who have completed foundational and Level 3 studies and are prepared to develop responsible consultation skills, structured formulation methods, and professional wellness practice foundations.
This level integrates biblical worldview, advanced herbal knowledge, ethical accountability, and supervised experiential learning.
The Christian Herbal Wellness Practitioner pathway prepares students to:
• Conduct educational wellness consultations
• Develop customized herbal formulations (educational scope)
• Apply body-system awareness in wellness discussions
• Integrate the Holistic P.E.N. Way™ at an advanced level
• Establish a lawful wellness practice or ministry center
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards
This training does not provide medical licensure or authorize diagnosis or treatment.
Students must complete:
• Level 1 – Foundational Studies
• Level 2 – Applied Studies
• Level 3 – Advanced Herbal Formation
Or receive faculty approval for equivalent education.
This level is not open enrollment.
Students may engage in:
• Advanced herbal materia medica
• System-based herbal wellness education
• Structured case study documentation
• Herbal formulation and customization methods
• Aromatherapy integration
• Iridology (educational observation only)
• Face, nail, and tongue observation principles
• The Holistic P.E.N. Way™ – Level 2
• Ethical client communication
• Referral protocols and professional boundaries
All modalities are taught within educational scope and are not diagnostic systems.
Practitioner Level includes:
• Documented case studies
• Supervised consultation simulations
• Mentorship review sessions
• Practical formulation exercises
• Observational internship-style training (educational)
Completion timeframe varies by student pace.
Typical duration: 1–3 years including mentorship and applied training.
Students receive structured education in:
• Establishing a private wellness practice
• Developing a community wellness center
• Setting up a consultation office (virtual or in-person)
• Ethical marketing and communication
• Record keeping basics
• Professional documentation standards
This preparation equips students to serve responsibly in ministry or private practice settings.
Upon successful completion, students receive:
Christian Herbal Wellness Practitioner
Practitioner Level Diploma of Completion (NHMEC)
This diploma reflects advanced educational achievement.
Graduates may apply separately for optional NHMEC Registry consideration.
Registry participation requires application, ethical agreement, continuing education, and annual renewal.
