This policy outlines how concerns, violations, and review procedures are handled.
Compliance protects:

• Registered practitioners
• Students

Registry recognition and academic credentials are stewarded intentionally.
This policy applies to:
• Enrolled students
• Diploma graduates
• Registry applicants
• Active registry members
• Inactive registry members
• Seal and badge users
All individuals affiliated with NHMEC are expected to uphold institutional standards.
NHMEC may initiate review regarding:
• Ethical violations
• Misrepresentation of credentials
• Practicing beyond lawful scope
• Improper use of Registry Seal or Badge
• False claims of licensure
• Failure to maintain CE requirements
• Breach of institutional agreements
• Public conduct that compromises institutional integrity
Concerns may be submitted in writing to NHMEC administration.
Reports should include:
• Description of concern
• Relevant documentation
• Dates and context
• Contact information (if applicable)
Anonymous submissions may be reviewed at NHMEC discretion.
Upon receipt of a concern:
1️⃣ Documentation will be reviewed
2️⃣ Clarification may be requested
3️⃣ The individual involved may be notified
4️⃣ Evidence will be evaluated
5️⃣ A determination will be made
Review is conducted with discretion and fairness.
NHMEC reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Following review, NHMEC may:
• Issue written clarification
• Provide corrective guidance
• Place registry status on probation
• Move registry status to inactive
• Revoke registry recognition
• Revoke seal usage rights
• Suspend academic standing
• Deny registry application
All decisions are made in consideration of institutional integrity.
Probation may include:
• Temporary suspension from directory listing
• Required corrective action
• Additional CE requirements
• Documentation review
Failure to complete corrective action may result in revocation.
Registry status may be revoked for:
• Repeated ethical violations
• Fraudulent documentation
• Deliberate misrepresentation
• Use of credentials outside lawful scope
Upon revocation:
• Registry designation must cease immediately
• Registry seal must be removed
• Public directory listing will be withdrawn
NHMEC reserves the right to:
• Review diploma integrity
• Investigate falsified case studies
• Review practicum logs
• Deny or rescind academic awards in cases of fraud
Academic dishonesty compromises institutional credibility.
Individuals may submit a written appeal within 30 days of decision.
Appeals must include:
• Written explanation
• Supporting documentation
• Clarification of disputed findings
Final determination rests with NHMEC administration.
NHMEC maintains sole authority over:
• Registry recognition
• Credential usage
• Institutional standards
• Seal and badge authorization
Participation in NHMEC programs constitutes agreement to this policy.
