The NHMEC Professional Registry exists to recognize graduates who have completed Practitioner-Level formation and demonstrated continued commitment to ethical, documented, and disciplined practice within the educational scope of herbal and holistic wellness.
The Registry is separate from academic completion.
Completion of a diploma does not automatically grant registry status.
Registry reflects internal institutional standards and is not state or government licensure.
The Professional Registry serves to:
• Acknowledge disciplined Practitioner-Level completion
• Recognize documented practicum experience
• Encourage ethical accountability
• Promote continuing education
• Uphold institutional standards
Registry is not a title.
It is a responsibility.
Practicum hours must be:
• Documented
• Educational in scope
• Within lawful boundaries
• Reflective of responsible support
• Reviewed according to NHMEC standards
Practicum does not include medical diagnosis or treatment.
Client support encounters include:
• Educational consultations
• Wellness guidance within scope
• Structured case documentation
• Follow-up support
Registry does not authorize medical practice.
Upon approval, registry members receive:
• Official NHMEC Registry Recognition
• Professional Registry Designation
• Listing in the NHMEC Registry Directory
Registry designation must be used ethically and within scope.
To maintain active registry status, members must:
• Complete 12 CE hours annually
• Maintain ethical compliance
• Remain in good standing with NHMEC
• Submit renewal documentation as required
Failure to maintain CE or ethical standards may result in inactive status.
The NHMEC Professional Registry:
• Is not state licensure
• Does not grant medical authority
• Does not provide diagnostic rights
• Does not grant prescriptive authority
• Does not override local laws
Registry reflects internal educational recognition only.
Registry status may be suspended or revoked for:
• Ethical violations
• Misrepresentation of credentials
• Practicing beyond lawful scope
• Failure to maintain continuing education
• Breach of institutional agreements
NHMEC reserves the right to review registry status at its discretion.
Registry is not about status.
It is about stewardship.
It is about disciplined formation.
It is about accountability within community.
NHMEC maintains registry standards carefully to preserve institutional integrity.
