Become a Student
The NHMEC Professional Registry is reserved for graduates who have completed structured Practitioner-Level formation and demonstrated documented practicum experience within educational scope.
Registry eligibility is not automatic upon diploma completion.
All applicants must meet the standards outlined below.
Applicants must have successfully completed an approved NHMEC Practitioner-Level Diploma program, including:
• All required coursework
• Documented learning hours
• Required case studies
• Capstone project (if applicable)
• Signed Ethics & Scope of Practice Agreement
Diploma completion must be verified by NHMEC records.
Applicants must document a minimum of:
200 Practicum Hours
Practicum hours must:
• Be educational in scope
• Reflect responsible wellness support
• Remain within lawful boundaries
• Be documented and verifiable
• Be completed following Practitioner-Level enrollment
Practicum does not include medical diagnosis or treatment.
Applicants must complete a minimum of:
30 Documented Client Support Encounters
Client support encounters may include:
• Educational consultations
• Structured wellness guidance
• Follow-up sessions
• Case documentation meetings
All encounters must remain within lawful educational scope.
Applicants must sign and agree to:
• NHMEC Code of Ethics
• NHMEC Scope of Practice Policy
Failure to comply with ethical standards may result in denial or revocation of registry status.
Applicants must agree to complete:
12 Continuing Education (CE) hours annually
CE hours must:
• Be approved or recognized by NHMEC
• Be documented
• Be submitted during renewal
Failure to maintain CE requirements will result in inactive registry status.
Applicants must be:
• In good financial standing
• In good academic standing
• Free from ethical violations
• In compliance with NHMEC policies
NHMEC reserves the right to review eligibility at its discretion.
Registry application includes:
• Submission of required documentation
• Practicum verification
• Client encounter verification
• Agreement to registry policies
Approval is granted upon successful review.
Registry status becomes active only after official confirmation.
The NHMEC Professional Registry:
• Is not state licensure
• Does not grant medical authority
• Does not authorize diagnosis or prescription
• Does not override local laws
Registry reflects internal institutional recognition only.
Registry standards exist to:
• Preserve the credibility of NHMEC credentials
• Protect the public
• Protect graduates
• Maintain professional accountability
Recognition without standards weakens credibility.
NHMEC maintains standards intentionally.
