🌿 When can I enroll?

Enrollment is open year-round.

Students may begin at any time under our subscription-based academic model.

🌿 Is there a contract?

No long-term contract is required.

Enrollment includes a one-time enrollment fee and a monthly subscription.

Students may cancel their subscription at any time through PayPal.

🌿 What is the enrollment fee for?

The $75 enrollment fee covers:

• Administrative onboarding
• Student account setup
• Learning portal activation
• Institutional record creation

The enrollment fee is non-refundable.

🌿 How are payments processed?

All payments are processed through PayPal recurring billing.

Students are responsible for managing their subscription within their PayPal account.

NHMEC does not manually cancel subscriptions.

🌿 What happens if I forget to cancel?

If a subscription is not canceled before the next billing date, PayPal will automatically process the next payment.

No refunds are issued for failure to cancel prior to billing.

🌿 Can I pause my enrollment?

There is no formal leave-of-absence process.

Students may cancel their subscription at any time.

Re-enrollment is available within the four-year completion window.

🌿 If I cancel, will I lose my progress?

Your progress remains on file within your four-year completion window.

Access to course materials and live sessions is suspended during inactive periods.

Reactivation restores access.

🌿 Is there a time limit to complete Practitioner-Level programs?

Yes.

Practitioner and Specialist programs must be completed within four (4) years from the original enrollment date.

🌿 Do I receive a certificate automatically after enrolling?

No.

Certificates and diplomas are awarded only upon successful completion of program requirements.

Enrollment alone does not grant certification.

🌿 Does completion grant medical licensure?

No.

NHMEC programs are educational and do not provide medical licensure, diagnostic authority, or prescriptive rights.

🌿 Is the Professional Registry automatic?

No.

Registry eligibility requires:

• Practitioner-Level Diploma completion
• Additional practicum hours
• Client encounter documentation
• Ethics agreement
• Continuing education commitment

Registry requires separate application and approval.

🌿 Can I start at Level 2 or Level 3?

Students may request advanced placement if prior structured study supports it.

NHMEC reserves the right to recommend appropriate entry level.

Most students begin at Level 1.

🌿 What if I cannot afford tuition?

NHMEC offers limited scholarship opportunities annually.

We aim to remain accessible while maintaining sustainability.
