Thank you for your interest in applying for the NHMEC Professional Registry.
Registry recognition is granted to Practitioner-Level graduates who have met documented practicum standards and demonstrated ethical responsibility within educational scope.
Registry is not automatic upon diploma completion.
Approval is granted following formal review.
Applicants must have completed:
✔ Practitioner-Level Diploma
✔ 200 Documented Practicum Hours
✔ 30 Documented Client Support Encounters
✔ Signed Code of Ethics & Scope of Practice
✔ Agreement to 12 Annual CE Hours
If you do not meet all requirements, please complete them before submitting your application.
Applicants will be asked to submit the following:
• Full Legal Name
• Contact Email
• Phone Number
• Mailing Address
• Diploma Completed
• Date of Diploma Completion
• Total Practicum Hours Completed
• Practicum Log Summary
• Confirmation that documentation is available upon request
NHMEC reserves the right to request full practicum logs for review.
• Total Number of Documented Client Encounters
• Confirmation that documentation is available upon request
Client documentation must reflect educational scope only.
Applicants must affirm:

☐ I understand that registry does not grant licensure
☐ I agree to maintain 12 CE hours annually
☐ I agree to represent NHMEC credentials accurately

Upon submission:
• Documentation will be reviewed
• Additional clarification may be requested
• Approval or denial will be communicated in writing
NHMEC reserves the right to approve, deny, or request additional documentation at its discretion.
If a registry application or annual renewal fee applies, payment instructions will be provided upon approval.
Registry status becomes active only after confirmation.
Upon approval:
• Applicant will receive official registry confirmation
• Registry designation may be used according to guidelines
• Applicant will be listed in the NHMEC Registry Directory
Only Active Registry Members are publicly listed.
The NHMEC Registry:
• Is not state licensure
• Does not authorize diagnosis or treatment
• Does not grant prescriptive authority
• Reflects internal educational recognition only
Misrepresentation of registry status may result in revocation.
