The NHMEC Registry Seal and Official Registry Badge are institutional marks issued exclusively to approved Active Registry Members.
These marks represent internal professional recognition granted by Natural Health Ministries Education Center and must be used responsibly and accurately.
The Registry Seal is not licensure.
It is institutional recognition.
The Registry Seal and Badge exist to:
• Identify Active Registry Members
• Distinguish registry from academic completion
• Preserve institutional credibility
• Promote transparency and accountability
Improper use diminishes institutional integrity and public trust.
Only individuals who:
• Have been formally approved for registry
• Maintain Active Registry Status
• Are current with Continuing Education requirements
• Remain in good standing
May display the official Registry Seal or Badge.
Inactive or revoked members may not use the seal.
Active Registry Members may:
• Display the seal on personal websites
• Use the badge in professional marketing materials
• Include the badge in email signatures
• Display the seal on printed materials
• Use it alongside their Registered designation (e.g., R-CHP)
The seal must always be used in its original, unaltered format.
The Registry Seal may NOT be:
• Modified, recolored, or redesigned
• Used by non-registered graduates
• Displayed by inactive registry members
• Used to imply medical licensure
• Used to suggest state or government authority
• Used in connection with unlawful activity
Misuse may result in immediate revocation of registry status.
When using the Registry Seal, members must:
• Clearly distinguish their academic designation from registry recognition
• Avoid implying licensure or medical authority
• Operate within lawful scope
Registry recognition must not be misrepresented.
NHMEC reserves the right to:
• Suspend seal usage
• Revoke registry status
• Require immediate removal of the seal
• Take appropriate corrective action
Upon loss of registry status, seal usage rights terminate immediately.
The NHMEC Registry Seal, Badge, and related marks are proprietary institutional property.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Use of the seal signifies agreement to this policy.
The Registry Seal is not a marketing tool.
It is a stewardship mark.
NHMEC maintains seal standards intentionally to preserve credibility, protect graduates, and uphold institutional honor.
