Become a Student
Natural Health Ministries Education Center maintains structured completion timelines in order to preserve academic integrity, maintain curriculum relevance, and support student accountability.
This policy applies to Practitioner-Level and Specialist-Level programs.
Students enrolled in a Practitioner-Level Diploma must complete all program requirements within:
Four (4) years from the original date of enrollment.
Program requirements include:
• 1,500 documented learning hours
• 15 case studies
• Required live roundtable participation
• Monthly practicum sessions
• Capstone integration project
• Signed Ethics & Scope of Practice agreement
The four-year window provides flexibility while maintaining academic standards.
Specialist-Level programs must also be completed within:
Four (4) years from the original date of enrollment.
Specialist programs require prior Practitioner-Level completion and are designed for focused advanced study.
Levels 1–3 operate under active subscription access.
Students may complete coursework at their own pace while their subscription remains active.
If subscription lapses, access to materials will be suspended.
If a student:
• Cancels their subscription
• Becomes inactive for six (6) consecutive months
• Fails to maintain consistent enrollment
They may be required to:
• Pay a new enrollment fee upon reactivation
• Comply with current curriculum standards
• Complete updated coursework if curriculum revisions have occurred
The four-year completion window is calculated from the original enrollment date.
Pausing or canceling a subscription does not extend the four-year window.
Students are encouraged to plan their pacing accordingly.
In rare cases involving documented hardship, NHMEC may consider limited extensions at its discretion.
Extensions are not guaranteed and must be requested prior to the expiration of the four-year period.
Completion windows ensure that:
• Curriculum remains current
• Practitioner standards remain meaningful
• Registry eligibility maintains integrity
• Students remain accountable
Structured timelines protect both the institution and the student.
