Become a Student
Recipients of NHMEC scholarships are expected to maintain satisfactory academic progress and active participation during the award period.
Scholarships are based on both need and responsibility.
Academic standards ensure integrity and stewardship.
Because NHMEC operates under a modular and subscription-based model, scholarship recipients must demonstrate:
• Consistent course engagement
• Completion of assigned coursework
• Participation in required sessions (if applicable)
• Timely submission of assignments
• Respectful communication and conduct
Academic progress is evaluated holistically rather than by traditional semester GPA alone.
If numerical grading applies within a course, scholarship recipients are expected to maintain:
Minimum Equivalent Standard: 75% average (or passing completion status)
If courses are structured as Pass/Complete:
Recipients must maintain satisfactory completion status.
Failure to maintain academic performance may result in review.
Recipients must:
• Maintain active subscription status (unless otherwise covered by scholarship)
• Log in and engage with coursework
• Complete required modules within reasonable pacing
• Respond to administrative communication
Extended inactivity may trigger academic review.
If progress concerns arise:
Student will receive written notice.
A corrective action plan may be offered.
A review period may be granted.
Scholarship continuation will be evaluated.
The goal is restoration, not punishment.
Scholarship assistance may be suspended or revoked for:
• Academic non-participation
• Repeated incomplete assignments
• Academic dishonesty
• Policy violations
• Misrepresentation
• Failure to communicate
All decisions remain discretionary.
If unexpected life circumstances arise:
Recipients may submit written explanation.
NHMEC may:
• Grant temporary flexibility
• Adjust pacing expectations
• Modify award duration
Compassion and stewardship are balanced carefully.
All scholarship recipients must uphold:
• Honest assignment submission
• Accurate case study documentation
• Ethical academic behavior
Academic dishonesty may result in immediate revocation.
NHMEC retains full discretion to:
• Evaluate academic progress
• Adjust scholarship terms
• Discontinue assistance
• Modify standards annually
Scholarship awards are privileges, not entitlements.
Scholarships are given to support formation.
Formation requires responsibility.
NHMEC upholds academic integrity while remaining compassionate toward real-life circumstances.
