🌿 Enrollment Fee Policy

The $75 Enrollment Fee is:

• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Required for student activation

This fee covers administrative onboarding and account setup and is not refundable once processed.

🌿 Monthly Subscription Tuition

All monthly tuition payments are:

• Non-refundable once processed
• Non-transferable to another individual
• Not prorated for partial use of a billing cycle

Students receive immediate access to coursework and materials upon active subscription.

Refunds are not issued for:

• Failure to cancel prior to billing
• Partial participation in a billing cycle
• Change of personal circumstances
• Scheduling conflicts
• Dissatisfaction due to misunderstanding of program scope

🌿 Withdrawal Process

Students may withdraw from active enrollment at any time by:

• Canceling their PayPal subscription directly through their PayPal account

NHMEC does not manually cancel subscriptions.

Access remains active through the end of the current billing cycle.

🌿 Effect of Withdrawal

Upon cancellation:

• Access to Canvas coursework will be suspended
• Access to live webinars and roundtables will end
• Practitioner participation privileges will pause

Academic progress remains on file within the applicable completion window.

🌿 Re-Enrollment

Students who withdraw may re-enroll by:

• Reactivating their subscription
• Paying any required reactivation enrollment fee (if inactive for 6+ months)

Re-enrolled students must comply with current curriculum standards and tuition structure.

🌿 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without prior written communication may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Removal from active student status
• Denial of future enrollment

NHMEC encourages direct communication before initiating payment disputes.

🌿 Exceptions

Refund exceptions are rare and granted solely at the discretion of NHMEC administration.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

NHMEC maintains this policy to:

• Protect instructional integrity
• Maintain fairness across all students
• Avoid misuse of digital access
