Natural Health Ministries Education Center (NHMEC) develops proprietary educational frameworks, instructional models, course materials, and structured methodologies.

All instructional content, frameworks, and branded program models are the intellectual property of NHMEC and its Founder, Min. Penny Lane Whittemore.

🌿 Proprietary Instructional Frameworks

The following educational models are proprietary to NHMEC:

• The Holistic P.E.N. Way™
• The PENothecary™
• Discover Your Path to Wellness™

These frameworks represent original instructional systems developed for educational formation within NHMEC programs.

🌿 Ownership of Course Content

All course materials, including but not limited to:

• Curriculum outlines
• Videos
• Written manuals
• Case study formats
• Worksheets
• Instructional slides
• Recorded webinars
• Roundtable sessions
• Practicum materials

Are protected under U.S. copyright law.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public teaching, or adaptation of NHMEC materials is prohibited.

🌿 Student Use License

Enrollment in NHMEC grants students a limited, non-transferable educational license to:

• View course materials
• Download permitted student resources
• Use materials for personal educational development

Students may not:

• Re-sell materials
• Teach proprietary frameworks independently without written permission
• Reproduce curriculum in part or whole
• Distribute recorded sessions

🌿 Teaching & Certification Rights

Completion of NHMEC programs does not grant rights to:

• Teach NHMEC curriculum
• Certify others under NHMEC frameworks
• Represent NHMEC without written authorization

Separate written agreements are required for instructional licensing.

🌿 Trademark Status

The use of the ™ symbol indicates NHMEC’s claim of ownership over its proprietary instructional frameworks.

Federal registration is not required for ownership claim.

🌿 Protection of Institutional Integrity

NHMEC reserves the right to:

• Revoke access
• Terminate enrollment
• Remove registry status
• Pursue legal remedies

In cases of intellectual property misuse.
