Practitioner Level – Advanced Christian Wellness Coaching Framework
The Holistic P.E.N. Way™ Practitioner pathway is an advanced Practitioner Level training designed for students who desire to apply NHMEC’s signature Christian wellness framework in structured consultation and coaching settings.
This pathway equips students to guide individuals through a biblically grounded model that integrates spiritual stewardship, emotional awareness, and physical wellness education.
The Holistic P.E.N. Way™ stands for:
Perspective (Spirit)
Essence (Soul – Mind, Will, Emotions)
Nutrition (Body)
This model emphasizes balance across the tripartite nature of man while maintaining lawful educational scope.
This training prepares students to:
• Conduct structured wellness coaching conversations
• Apply the Holistic P.E.N. Way™ framework responsibly
• Integrate herbal and lifestyle education into coaching
• Encourage spiritual, emotional, and physical balance
• Maintain ethical and professional boundaries
This is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic licensure training.
Practitioner candidates may study:
• The Holistic P.E.N. Way™ – Level 2 integration
• Christian worldview in wellness coaching
• Structured wellness journaling systems
• Coaching conversation techniques
• Emotional awareness within lawful boundaries
• Herbal and nutrition education integration
• Referral and scope-of-practice discernment
• Documentation standards for coaching sessions
All instruction remains educational and non-diagnostic.
Students learn to guide clients through a structured six-month coaching framework that may include:
• Goal setting
• Lifestyle review
• Wellness journaling
• Herbal education discussions
• Biblical reflection integration
• Progress documentation
Coaching is supportive and educational in nature — not therapeutic treatment.
This Practitioner track may also include:
• Holistic Christian Herbalism integration
• Nutrition and body system education review
• Aromatherapy foundations
• Educational iridology awareness
• Trauma-informed communication principles (non-therapeutic)
• Ethical consultation practices
• Practice setup and ministry development
All modalities are taught for educational awareness only.
Practitioner candidates complete:
• Documented coaching case studies
• Mentorship review sessions
• Practical framework application exercises
• Professional readiness evaluation
Completion timeframe varies by pace.
Typical duration: 1–2 years including mentorship and applied review.
Upon successful completion, students receive:
Holistic P.E.N. Way™ Practitioner
Practitioner Level Diploma of Completion (NHMEC)
Optional registry consideration may be available upon meeting additional requirements.
Registry participation requires application, ethical agreement, continuing education, and annual renewal.
