Kitchen Herbalism is the practice of using everyday herbs and spices to support overall wellness through food.
This beginner-level course introduces students to the traditional use of culinary herbs as part of daily living — focusing on nourishment, stewardship, and practical application in the home.
Rather than viewing herbs as medicine, this course teaches how common kitchen plants can be used to support the body’s natural processes through mindful preparation and consistent use.

No prior experience is required.
