Level 2 – Foundational Body Systems Education
Integrated Anatomy & Physiology is a Level 2 course designed to provide students with a clear, educational understanding of the human body’s systems and how they function in relation to holistic wellness.
This course supports students who are progressing beyond foundational herbal study and need a structured understanding of body systems for responsible wellness education.
Instruction is presented from an educational perspective and does not constitute medical training.
This course prepares students to:
• Understand the basic structure of major body systems
• Recognize how systems interact in overall wellness
• Apply herbal education responsibly with body awareness
• Develop confidence in discussing wellness principles
• Maintain ethical and lawful scope in community settings
This is not a medical anatomy course.
Students may explore:
• Cellular basics and tissue types
• The digestive system
• The immune and lymphatic systems
• The circulatory system
• The nervous system (educational overview)
• The respiratory system
• The endocrine system (introductory concepts)
• Structural and musculoskeletal basics
Instruction focuses on function and balance rather than pathology.
This course integrates:
• Body system education
• Holistic wellness principles
• Nutritional foundations
• Herbal support discussions (educational context)
• The tripartite view of man (spirit, soul, body)
Students learn to see the body as an interconnected system rather than isolated parts.
Students will learn how to:
• Discuss body systems in educational settings
• Understand traditional herbal system associations
• Avoid medical claims
• Refer appropriately when medical care is needed
Emphasis is placed on responsible language and ethical communication.
