REFUND, CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

PENothecary™ Membership & Educational Programs

By purchasing, enrolling in, subscribing to, registering for, or participating in any NHMEC or PENothecary™ educational offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy.

PENothecary™ Membership

The PENothecary™ is a subscription-based educational membership community that provides immediate access to digital content, educational resources, downloads, videos, courses, workshops, webinars, templates, worksheets, and other proprietary materials.

Because access to digital content is granted immediately upon payment, all PENothecary™ membership fees are non-refundable.

Membership payments are considered support of the educational mission and ministry efforts of the Natural Health Ministries Education Center (NHMEC).

No refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges will be issued for:

• Monthly memberships

• Annual memberships

• Membership renewals

• Membership enrollment fees

• Membership registration fees

• Partial billing periods

• Failure to utilize membership benefits

Members may cancel future recurring payments at any time; however, previously processed payments are non-refundable.

Digital Courses, Classes & Workshops

NHMEC courses, classes, workshops, webinars, digital downloads, and educational materials are considered digital educational products.

Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.

No refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges will be issued for:

• Online courses

• Digital classes

• Webinars

• Workshops

• Educational downloads

• Printable resources

• Digital workbooks

• Digital manuals

• Video trainings

• Certification programs

• Educational bundles

Purchases are considered educational support of NHMEC's mission and ministry.

Individual Course Purchases

Students purchasing individual courses receive immediate access to proprietary educational content.

Because digital content becomes available immediately upon enrollment, individual course purchases are non-refundable.

No refunds will be provided for:

• Partial completion

• Failure to complete coursework

• Lack of participation

• Change of personal circumstances

• Technical issues outside NHMEC control

• Student scheduling conflicts

• Failure to review course descriptions prior to purchase

Certification Programs

Certification program fees, enrollment fees, registration fees, assessment fees, and educational materials are non-refundable.

Students who enroll in certification programs acknowledge that they are purchasing access to educational materials and instructional content rather than a guaranteed outcome, credential, designation, or professional status.

Donations

Many NHMEC educational offerings support the ongoing ministry, educational outreach, scholarship opportunities, and community wellness initiatives of NHMEC.

To the extent permitted by law, payments may be considered support of NHMEC's educational and ministry activities.

Donations are non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact NHMEC directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized downloading, copying, sharing, distribution, or use of NHMEC intellectual property while simultaneously requesting a chargeback may result in termination of access and revocation of certifications, memberships, registry status, and future enrollment privileges.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund of previously processed payments.

Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Agreement

By purchasing any NHMEC or PENothecary™ product, course, class, workshop, membership, certification, or educational resource, you acknowledge and agree that:

✓ Access is granted immediately upon payment.

✓ All sales are final.

✓ No refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges will be provided.

✓ Membership fees, course fees, registration fees, and certification fees are non-refundable.

✓ You agree to these terms at the time of purchase.
