Formative Work
Develop the depth and breadth of your vocabulary to improve your reading comprehension and further develop writing skills.
Lay the groundwork for future success in summative assessments.
Step 1: Click on Vocabulary.com and log-in with your Londonderry.org email.
Step 2: Click on the hamburger icon in the top/right of your screen.
Step 3: Next, click on "Assignments & Activities"
Step 4: Review the assigned practice list and engage in as much practice as you think you need to get the score you want on the upcoming quiz. (Recommended: 10 min. 3x/week).
Note: When taking a quiz, you are required to close all tabs and browsers open on your laptop, aside from the tab that features the Vocabulary.com quiz. Failure to do so may result in a zero and a discipline report for breaking the Academic Code of Integrity as specified in the LHS Student Handbook.

Step 3: Complete a minimum of 30 minutes of vocabulary work for each assigned week. Your grade will be determined by your:
performance over time
achievements
progress on lists
