Benefit: While you are under the effect of your razorclaw shifting or longtooth shifting racial power, you gain resist 2 to all damage.

Blessed Shifter

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter, paladin

Benefit: When you use your longtooth shifting or razorclaw shifting racial power, you gain a bonus equal to your Wisdom modifier to melee damage rolls with divine powers until the end of your next turn.

Blood Devourer Shifting

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter, assassin, assassin’s shroud power

Benefit: The first time you are bloodied during an encounter, choose an enemy that has at least one of your shrouds on it. The next time you attack that enemy before the end of your next turn, you deal damage to that enemy equal to your Dexterity modifier, in addition to the attack’s other effects.

Blurring Claws

Prerequisite: Razorclaw shifter

Benefit: While you are under the effect of your razorclaw shifting racial power, you gain a +2 bonus to melee weapon damage rolls against any target granting combat advantage to you.

Burst of Savagery

Epic Tier

Prerequisite: 21st level, shifter

Benefit: While you are under the effect of your razorclaw shifting or longtooth shifting racial power, you can end that power’s effects as a free action in order to deal 2d6 extra damage to one target you hit. When you do so, you also gain 10 temporary hit points.

Cliffwalk Shiffting

Prerequisite: 11th level, shifter

Benefit: While you are under the effect of your razorclaw shifting or longtooth shifting racial power, you gain a climb speed equal to your speed.

Crow's Flight

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter

Benefit: You ignore difficult terrain when you run. You gain a +2 feat bonus to Athletics and Acrobatics checks.

Draw Out The Beast

Paragon Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter

Benefit: Whenever you spend a healing surge to regain hit points, you can choose to treat yourself as being bloodied until the end of your next turn.

Eldeen Companion

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter, ranger, Beast Mastery class feature

Benefit: Whenever you use your longtooth shifting or razorclaw shifting racial power, your beast companion also gains the benefit of the power’s effect.

Enlightened Transformation

Prerequisite: Razorclaw shifter, razorclaw shifting racial power, any psionic class

Benefit: While under the effects of razorclaw shifting, you also gain a +1 bonus to Will and a +5 bonus to Insight checks.

Fanged Magic

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Longtooth shifter, any arcane class

Benefit: Each time you hit with a ranged arcane attack power while you are under the effect of your longtooth shifting racial power, one enemy adjacent to the target takes 2 damage. This damage increases to 4 at 11th level and to 6 at 21st level.

Flamespeed Shifting

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Razorclaw shifter, razorclaw shifting racial power, you have a spellscar

Benefit: While under the effect of razorclaw shifting, you can shift 2 squares as a move action. If you have the Student of the Plague feat, whenever you shift while under the effect razorclaw shifting, your attacks deal 2 extra fire damage until the end of your turn.

Gorebrute Charge

Prerequisite: Longtooth shifter

Benefit: While you are under the effect of your longtooth shifting racial power, you gain a +3 bonus to damage rolls with charge attacks.

Holy Savagery

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter, any divine class, Channel Divinity class feature

Benefit: When you use a Channel Divinity power while you are bloodied, you gain a +1 bonus to melee attack rolls until the end of your next turn.

Inciting Spirit

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Razorclaw shifter, razorclaw shifting racial power, shaman, call spirit companion power

Benefit: When you use razorclaw shifting, until the end of the encounter any ally that starts its turn in a square adjacent to your spirit companion gains a +1 power bonus to speed until the start of the ally’s next turn.

Longtooth Doom

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Longtooth shifter, longtooth shifting racial power, invoker, Covenant of Malediction class feature

Benefit: When you use longtooth shifting, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls with invoker attack powers until the end of your next turn.

Longtooth Fury

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Longtooth shifter, fighter

Benefit: While you are under the effect of your longtooth shifting racial power, you gain a +4 bonus to damage rolls against creatures marked by you instead of +2.

Longtooth Spirit Shifter

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Longtooth shifter, any primal class

Benefit: While you are under the effect of your longtooth shifting racial power, the regeneration you gain increases by 2.

Longtooth Vengeance

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Longtooth shifter, warden

Benefit: The bonus to damage rolls granted by your longtooth shifting racial power increases to +3 against targets that are marked by you.

Mobile Covenant

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Razorclaw shifter, razorclaw shifting racial power, invoker

Benefit: When you use razorclaw shifting, until the end of the encounter when you hit with an encounter or daily invoker attack power, you can shift a number of squares equal to your Wisdom modifier instead benefiting from your covenant manifestation.

Plagued Regeneration

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Longtooth shifter, longtooth shifting racial power, you have a spellscar

Benefit: Increase the regeneration longtooth shifting grants you by 1. At 11th level, increase it by 2, and at 21st level, increase it by 3. Whenever you regain hit points from this regeneration, nonminion creatures adjacent to you take necrotic damage equal to the hit points you regained. If you have the Student of the Plague feat, any ally adjacent to you takes only 1 point of necrotic damage.

Predatory Magic

Prerequisite: Razorclaw shifter, any arcane class

Benefit: When you use a close arcane attack power while you are under the effect of your razorclaw shifting racial power, you can shift 1 square as a free action before or after using the power.

Predatory Spirit

Paragon Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter, longtooth shifting or razorclaw shifting racial power, any primal class

Benefit: When you use longtooth shifting or razorclaw shifting, once before the end of your next turn you can reroll one attack roll with a primal attack power that misses and take either result.

Primal Instincts

Epic Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter

Benefit: When you use longtooth shifting or razorclaw shifting, until you are no longer bloodied your 1st-level at-will primal attack powers deal damage equal to your Strength modifier or your Wisdom modifier on a miss if they normally do not have an effect on a miss.

Psychic Feast

Prerequisite: Longtooth shifter, longtooth shifting racial power, any psionic class

Benefit: While you benefit from longtooth shifting and when you hit with an attack on your turn, your regeneration increases by 2 until the end of your next turn.

Razorclaw Mark

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Razorclaw shifter, fighter

Benefit: While you are under the effect of your razorclaw shifting racial power, any creature marked by you takes a -3 penalty to attack rolls for making an attack that does not include you as a target. This penalty replaces the normal penalty for having a creature marked.

Razorclaw Spirit Shifter

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Razorclaw shifter, any primal class

Benefit: While you’re under the effect of your razorclaw shifting racial power, when an enemy damages you with an attack against AC or Reflex, you can shift 1 square as an immediate reaction.

Razorclaw Swiftness

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Razorclaw shifter, warden

Benefit: While you are using your razorclaw shifting racial power, you can shift 1 square before or after using Nature’s Wrath.

Shifter's Energy

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter, longtooth shifting or razorclaw shifting racial power, artificer, Augment Energy class feature

Benefit: When you use your shifter racial power, the power’s benefits extend to one ally wielding a weapon or implement affected by your Augment Energy. The effect ends when the ally uses the +2 bonus to the attack roll.

Shifter’s Agility

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter

Benefit: When you use your shifter racial power, you gain a +5 feat bonus to Acrobatics and Athletics checks until the racial power ends.

Shifting Companion

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter, ranger, Beast Mastery class feature

Benefit: Your beast companion also benefits from your longtooth shifting racial power or your razorclaw shifting racial power.

Sturdy Shifter

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter

Benefit: Whenever you use your shifter racial power, you gain 5 temporary hit points. The temporary hit points increase to 10 at 11th level and 20 at 21st level.

Unchained Beast

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter, longtooth shifting or razorclaw shifting racial power

Benefit: When you use longtooth shifting or razorclaw shifting, you end one effect you have that dazes or weakens you.

Unleash the Beast

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter, avenger, oath of enmity power

Benefit: If you are bloodied after your oath of enmity target hits you, you can use your longtooth shifting or razorclaw shifting racial power as an immediate reaction.

Urban Predator

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter

Benefit: When you roll an Athletics or Streetwise check, you can treat a d20 roll of 2–7 as if you had rolled an 8. A natural 1 is still treated as a 1.

Wild Senses

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Shifter

Benefit: Whenever you make a Perception check to find tracks, you roll twice and use either result. You also gain a +3 feat bonus to initiative checks.
