Adaptable Breath

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Dragonborn, dragon breath racial power

Benefit: Choose a type of damage your dragon breath doesn’t already deal from among acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison.

When you use your dragon breath racial power, you can choose to use this damage type rather than the normal damage dealt by the power. Only one damage type applies for a given dragon breath attack.

Special: You can take this feat more than once. Each time you select this feat, choose another damage type for your dragon breath power that you don’t already have for it.

Admixture Breath

Paragon Tier

Prerequisite: 11th level, dragonborn, dragon breath racial power, Adaptable Breath feat

Benefit: When you use your dragon breath you can choose for it to deal two types of damage. These damage types must be ones you are capable of delivering with your dragon breath.

Ancient Soul

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Dragonborn, Dragon Magic sorcerer, dragon breath racial power

Benefit: Your dragon breath power is considered an arcane attack power.

In addition, if your dragon breath power deals damage of the same type as your Dragon Magic class feature gives you resistance to, you gain the following benefit:

Whenever you take damage of the type dealt by your dragon breath (after the damage dealt is reduced by your resistance), you regain the use of your dragon breath if you have already expended it in this encounter.

Arkhosian High Style [Arena Fighting]

Prerequisite: Cha 13 or dragonborn race, any martial class

Benefit: You gain a benefit with any of the following exploits you possess.

Associated Powers:

Commander’s Strike: If the ally hits, you can shift 1 square.

Piercing Strike: If you score a critical hit with this exploit, the target takes a -2 penalty to AC until the end of your next turn.

Reaping Strike: If you are a dragonborn, in lieu of dealing damage on a miss, you can instead use your dragon breath racial power as a free action.

Avowed Dragonfoe

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Dragonborn

Benefit: You gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls against dragons. While you are bloodied, this bonus increases to +2.

Also, when you score a critical hit on a dragon with a melee or close attack, you gain temporary hit points equal to the dragon’s level.

Blood of Dragons

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Dragonborn, dragonfear racial power

Benefit: You gain a +2 bonus to all defenses against fear attacks, or a +4 if the attacker is a dragon.

Bloodied Invigoration

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Con 13, dragonborn, fighter

Benefit: When you hit with a power that has the invigorating keyword while you are bloodied, you gain an additional 2 temporary hit points.

Bloody Inspiration

Paragon Tier

Prerequisite: 11th level, dragonborn, warlord

Benefit: If you use inspiring word while you are bloodied and do not target yourself, a second ally within the power’s range gains temporary hit points equal to twice your Constitution modifier.

Bolstering Breath

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Dragonborn, dragon breath racial power

Benefit: Your dragon breath power targets enemies in the area, instead of all creatures in the area.

In addition, allies in the area of your dragon breath gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls until the end of your next turn.

Bracing Breath

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Con 13, dragonborn, fighter

Benefit: When you use your dragon breath racial power, you gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls for powers that have the invigorating keyword until the end of your next turn.

Bravura Spirit

Prerequisite: Dragonborn, warlord, Bravura Presence class feature

Benefit: When a bloodied ally uses your Bravura Presence, that ally gains either a +2 bonus to the attack roll or a +2 bonus to speed for the move action (the ally’s choice).

Breath of Life

Prerequisite: Dragonborn, cleric

Benefit: Your dragon breath racial power targets only enemies. Allies within the blast of your dragon breath gain temporary hit points equal to your Strength modifier.

Breath of the Gods

Prerequisite: Dragonborn, invoker, Divine Covenant class feature

Benefit: Your dragon breath counts as a divine encounter attack power for the purpose of your covenant manifestation.

In addition, you gain a +2 feat bonus to Diplomacy checks.

Breath-Resistant Beast

Benefit: Your beast companion gains resist 5 + one-half your level to the damage type of your dragon breath racial power.

Benefit: You gain a +1 feat bonus to your Will defense, and a +2 bonus to saving throws against charm effects.

Brutal Teamwork

Benefit: You gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls when you are adjacent to at least one ally.

Benefit: Each creature hit by your dragon breath takes a -2 penalty to AC until the end of your next turn.

Covenant of Io

Prerequisite: Dragonborn, dragon breath racial power, invoker, Divine Covenant class feature

Benefit: Your dragon breath power is considered a divine attack power. In addition, when you use an invoker at-will attack power that has a burst area of effect, you can choose to make it a close blast 3 instead of an area power. The other effects of the power are unchanged.

Critical Breath

Benefit: When you score a critical hit with your dragon breath, the target takes ongoing 10 damage (save ends). The ongoing damage is the same type (or types) as the damage from your dragon breath.

Draconic Arrogance

Benefit: Whenever you push an enemy or knock an enemy prone, you deal damage to that enemy equal to your Strength modifier.

Draconic Augmentation

Benefit: When an ally hits with an attack benefiting from your Augment Energy class feature, one enemy adjacent to that ally takes damage equal to your Constitution modifier of a damage type matching the type you chose for your dragon breath power.

Benefit: You can choose to make your eldritch blast deal the same damage type as your dragon breath.

Draconic Challenge

Benefit: When you use your dragon breath racial power, you subject each enemy targeted by that power to your divine sanction. This divine sanction lasts until the start of your next turn.

Draconic Combat Challenge

Prerequisite: Dragonborn, dragon breath racial power, fighter, Combat Challenge class feature

Benefit: When you hit with the attack granted by your Combat Challenge, you deal 3 extra damage of the same damage type as your dragon breath power. The extra damage increases to 4 at 11th level and 5 at 21st level.

Draconic Enmity

Benefit: If the target of your oath of enmity is the only target of your dragon breath, you can make two attack rolls and use either result, as if you were making a melee attack against the target

Benefit: When you hit a creature with dragonfear, you can mark it until the end of your next turn.

Draconic Healing

Benefit: When you use healing word while you are bloodied, the target regains additional hit points equal to your Constitution modifier.

Benefit: When you use a Channel Divinity power, bloodied enemies within 5 squares of you take a -2 penalty to all defenses until the end of your next turn.

Benefit: Choose a damage type available in the dragon breath dragonborn racial power. Your dark reaping racial power and dragon breath racial power deal that damage type and necrotic damage.

Benefit: When you use your second wind, you regain the use of your dragon breath.

Benefit: You gain a +1 feat bonus to attack and damage rolls when you use an arcane power that deals the same damage type as your breath weapon. The bonus increases to +2 at 15th level and to +3 at 25th level

Benefit: When you reduce a nonminion enemy to 0 hit points, you regain the use of your dragon breath.

Dragon Breath Scoundrel

Prerequisite: 11th level, dragonborn, rogue, Sneak Attack class feature

Benefit: When you use your dragon breath racial power, you can expend your Sneak Attack for this round to deal your Sneak Attack damage to each enemy you hit that is granting combat advantage to you.

Dragon Breath Tactician

Benefit: When you use your dragon breath racial power, you can slide one ally in the burst a number of squares equal to your Intelligence modifier before the attack.

Benefit: When you are first bloodied in an encounter, you regain the use of the dragon breath racial power if you have used it during this encounter.

Benefit: When you take your second wind, you regain use of dragonfear if you have expended it in this encounter.

Dragon's Terror

Dragonborn Channeling

Benefit: When you hit an enemy with a martial power, you can expend your dragon breath racial power to deal extra damage to that enemy. Determine the amount of damage and the type of damage dealt by rolling damage as if you had hit with dragon breath.

Dragonborn Zeal

Benefit: When you use your second wind, you gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls until the end of your next turn.

Benefit: Any target hit by your dragon breath attack gains vulnerable 5 psychic until the end of your turn.

Opportunity Breath

Benefit: You can use your dragon breath as an opportunity action whenever you would be allowed an opportunity attack. You must include the enemy who triggered the opportunity attack in the blast of your dragon breath.

Plagued Breath

Prerequisite: Dragonborn, dragon breath racial power, you have a spellscar

Benefit: Your dragon breath deals necrotic damage in addition to the damage type it already deals. Also, while you are bloodied, your breath attack deals 2 extra damage. If you have the Student of the Plague feat, a creature you hit with dragon breath also takes ongoing 5 necrotic damage (save ends).

Powerful Breath

Benefit: Choose an ability score. Use this ability score for attack and damage rolls for your dragon breath from now on.

Primal Breath

Prerequisite: Dragonborn, warden

Benefit: When you use your dragon breath racial power, you can choose to mark each target. The mark lasts until the end of your next turn.

Radiant Breath

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Dragonborn, any divine class

Benefit: Add the radiant damage type to whatever damage type you chose for your dragon breath racial power. This power also gains the radiant keyword.

Raging Drake Form

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Dragonborn, druid, wild shape power, dragon breath racial power

Benefit: While you are in beast form, you gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls while bloodied.

Spirit Breath

Benefit: When you use a daily primal attack power with a keyword that matches the damage type of your dragon breath, you regain the use of dragon breath.

Spirits of the Primal Dragons

Benefit: The first time you are bloodied during an encounter, your attacks deal 1d8 extra damage until the end of your next turn. This damage is the type you initially chose for your dragon breath racial power.

Surprising Breath

Benefit: When you hit a creature with your dragon breath, you gain combat advantage against that creature until the start of your next turn.

Thundering Breath

Benefit: Your dragon breath deals thunder and lightning damage. You can push each target hit by your dragon breath a number of squares equal to your Constitution modifier.

Toxic Breath

Prerequisite: 11th level, dragonborn, dragon breath racial power that deals poison damage

Benefit: Choose one creature hit by your dragon breath. That creature is weakened (save ends).

True Dragon’s Soul

Prerequisite: Dragonborn, sorcerer, Dragon Magic class feature

Benefit: The first time you become bloodied during an encounter, you gain a +1 bonus to Fortitude, Reflex, and Will until the end of the encounter.

If your breath weapon deals the same type of damage as the resistance granted by your Dragon Soul, your breath weapon ignores all targets’ resistance to that damage type up to the value of your resistance.
