Prerequisite: Kalashtar, battlemind, speed of thought class feature

Benefit: When you use speed of thought, you mark each enemy adjacent to you at the end of the move until the end of its next turn.

Clarifying Infusion

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Kalashtar, artificer, Healing Infusion class feature

Benefit: When you use a Healing Infusion power, the target can make a saving throw to end a dazed or dominated condition that a save can end.

Clarity of Spirit

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Kalashtar, any divine class

Benefit: When you use your bastion of mental clarity racial power, you or one ally in the burst can spend a healing surge.

Dual Mind Reserves

Paragon Tier

Prerequisite: 11th level, kalashtar, any psionic class, Psionic Augmentation class feature

Benefit: When you use your second wind, you also regain 1 power point.

Dual Mind Strength

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Kalashtar

Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to damage rolls with psychic powers. The bonus increases to +3 at 11th level and +4 at 21st level.

Extended Telepathy

Paragon Tier

Prerequisite: 11th level, kalashtar

Benefit: The range of your telepathy increases to 10 squares.

Gestalt Anchor

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Kalashtar, ardent, Ardent Mantle class feature

Benefit: You and allies within the radius of your Ardent Mantle gain a +2 bonus to initiative checks.

The first time you drop to 0 power points during an encounter, allies within the radius of your Ardent Mantle gain a +2 bonus to all defenses until the end of your next turn.

Group Mindlink

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Kalashtar

Benefit: You can facilitate conversation between all your allies. Any ally within the range of your telepathy can communicate with you and any other ally or allies within the range of your telepathy.

Mind of Flawless Sight

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Kalashtar, assassin, assassin’s shroud power

Benefit: If a creature has at least one of your shrouds on it, you ignore the -2 penalties for concealment or cover on your attack rolls against that creature.

Preserver’s Call

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Kalashtar, invoker, Covenant of Preservation class feature

Benefit: When you use a divine daily attack power on your turn, you can pull each ally within 5 squares of you 1 square instead of using the normal benefit of your Covenant Manifestation.

Psion Hashalaq Initiation

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Kalashtar, psion, distract class feature

Benefit: When you use distract, you can also slide the target 2 squares to a square adjacent to an ally.

Psychic Retaliation

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Kalashtar, avenger, oath of enmity power

Benefit: When you use your bastion of mental clarity racial power, you can make the triggering enemy your new oath of enmity target as a free action.

Quori Backlash

Paragon Tier

Prerequisite: 11th level, kalashtar

Benefit: Whenever an enemy dazes, dominates, or deals psychic damage to you, that enemy takes psychic damage equal to 5 + your Wisdom modifier. The damage increases to 10 + your Wisdom modifier at 11th level and 15 + your Wisdom modifier at 21st level.

Quori Desperation

Epic Tier

Prerequisite: 21st level, kalashtar

Benefit: The first time you drop to 0 hit points or fewer during an encounter and don’t die, you do not fall unconscious as a result of that condition. At the end of your next turn, you fall unconscious if you are still dying.

Quori Shield

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Kalashtar

Benefit: You gain resistance to psychic damage equal to 5 + one-half your level.

Telepathic Mark

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Kalashtar, fighter

Benefit: Whenever you score a critical hit with a fighter attack power, you can mark each enemy within the range of your telepathy. The mark lasts until the end of your next turn.

Telepathic Sensitivity

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Kalashtar

Benefit: You can sense the stray thoughts of nearby creatures. You gain a +5 feat bonus to Perception checks opposed by a creature’s Stealth check.

Thought Warning

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Kalashtar, Telepathy racial trait, battlemind

Benefit: The first time you drop to 0 power points during an encounter, you and each ally within range of your telepathy can shift 1 square as a free action.

Uncovered Hatred

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Kalashtar, assassin

Benefit: When you use bastion of mental clarity, the triggering enemy takes psychic damage equal to your Charisma modifier plus 1 damage for each of your shrouds on it.
