Benefit: You deal +2 damage against bloodied targets. Additionally, whenever an ally bloodies or reduces your oath of enmity target to 0 hit points, you may act as though you had bloodied or reduced the target to 0 hit points.

Benefit: While you are adjacent to your oath of enmity target, you gain a +1 bonus to all defenses against all creatures other than that one.

Astral Enmity

Benefit: If you use your memory of a thousand lifetimes racial power to increase an attack roll against your oath of enmity target, you deal extra damage equal to the bonus gained from the racial power.

Avenger's Fortunes

Prerequisite: Githzerai, avenger

Benefit: Whenever you spend a healing surge, you can shift 1 square as a free action. If you have an oath of enmity target, this shift must take you closer to or into a square adjacent to that target.

Avenging Allure

Prerequisite: Avenger, Censure of Unity class feature

Benefit: When you use your bond of censure power, add 2 to the number of squares you can pull the target.

Avenging Opportunist

Benefit: The first time in an encounter when you reduce your oath of enmity target to 0 hit points, you gain an extra move action that you must use before the end of your next turn.

Avenging Resolution

Benefit: When you attack a target of your oath of enmity with a weapon attack, treat all rolls of a 1 or 2 on the damage dice as though the result were a 3 on the die.

Avenging Surge

Benefit: When an ally hits your oath of enmity target, you gain temporary hit points equal to 3 + 3 per ally adjacent to that target.

Black Mantle

Prerequisite: 11th level, avenger, must worship the Raven Queen

Benefit: While wearing cloth armor or no armor and not using a shield, you gain resist 5 cold and resist 5 necrotic against attacks from your oath of enmity target. At 21st level, increase this resistance to 10.

Burning Wrath of Phlegethos

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Tiefling, infernal wrath racial power, avenger, oath of enmity power

Benefit: If you use infernal wrath against the target of your oath of enmity, your melee attacks against that target deal extra fire damage equal to your Intelligence modifier until the end of your next turn.

Censure’s Grip

Paragon Tier

Prerequisite: 11th level, avenger, Censure of Pursuit class feature, oath of enmity power

Benefit: When you have combat advantage against your oath of enmity target and hit it with an avenger power, your target cannot shift away from you until the end of your next turn.

Channel of Vengeance [Multiclass Avenger]

Prerequisite: Any multiclass avenger feat, paragon multiclassing as an avenger

Benefit: You gain the avenger Channel Divinity powers abjure undead and divine guidance. If you don’t already have the Channel Divinity class feature, you can use a single Channel Divinity power once per encounter, and you’re considered to have the class feature for the purpose of meeting prerequisites.

Chilling Oath

Prerequisite: 11th level, shadar-kai, avenger, oath of enmity power

Benefit: When you use oath of enmity, your target is also slowed until the end of your next turn.

Closing Pledge

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Avenger, Censure of Pursuit class feature, oath of enmity power

Benefit: When you hit your oath of enmity target with a ranged attack, you can shift a number of squares equal to 1 + your Dexterity modifier as a free action, as long as you end that shift closer to the target.

Deific Instrument

Benefit: You can use a holy symbol as an implement.

Devout Guidance

Paragon Tier

Prerequisite: 11th level, avenger, divine guidance power

Benefit: When you use your divine guidance, the target gains a +3 power bonus to the second attack roll.

Disciple of Divine Wrath [Multiclass Avenger]

Prerequisite: Wis 13

Benefit: You gain training in Religion. Once per encounter, you can use the avenger’s oath of enmity power. The effect lasts until the end of your next turn.

In addition, you can wield avenger implements.

Distant Vengeance

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Avenger, oath of enmity power

Benefit: As long as you are within 10 squares of your oath of enmity target and no other enemies are adjacent to you, you gain the benefit of your oath of enmity on all ranged basic attacks against your oath of enmity target.

Divine Distraction

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Avenger, Censure of Unity class feature, oath of enmity power

Benefit: When you are adjacent to your oath of enmity target, your allies gain a +1 bonus to damage rolls against that target.

The bonus increases to +2 at 11th level and +3 at 21st level.

Divine Passion

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Avenger

Benefit: When you use divine guidance and the triggering ally hits its target, the ally deals an additional 5 radiant damage.

At 21st level, the ally deals an extra 10 radiant damage.

Dodgy Charge

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Half-orc, avenger, oath of enmity power

Benefit: When you charge your oath of enmity target, your movement during the charge does not provoke opportunity attacks.

Draconic Enmity

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Dragonborn, avenger, oath of enmity power, dragon breath racial power

Benefit: If the target of your oath of enmity is the only target of your dragon breath, you can make two attack rolls and use either result, as if you were making a melee attack against the target.

Eager for Blood

Paragon Tier

Prerequisite: 11th level, avenger

Benefit: During the first round of combat, your avenger weapon attacks deal 1[W] extra damage.

Emboldening Critical

Benefit: Whenever you score a critical hit against your oath of enmity target, all allies adjacent to the target gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls against the target until the start of your next turn.

Enmity Shared

Benefit: When you use your oath of enmity, the target grants combat advantage until the end of your next turn.

Enmity's Dark Vigor

Benefit: When your oath of enmity target hits you, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Enmity's Eye [Vistani Bloodline]

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Avenger, Vistani Heritage

Benefit: When you use evil eye of the Vistani against your oath of enmity target, you do not provoke opportunity attacks from that target. If no other enemy is adjacent to you when you do so, you make two attack rolls, taking either result. If you hit, you deal 1d6 radiant damage in addition to the power’s normal hit effect.

Evade and Strike

Prerequisite: Halfling, avenger, oath of enmity power

Benefit: When your oath of enmity target misses on an attack you forced it to reroll by using your second chance racial power, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls against that target until the end of your next turn.

The bonus increases to +4 at 11th level and +6 at 21st level.

Exposing Oath

Prerequisite: 11th level, avenger, oath of enmity power

Benefit: While a creature is your oath of enmity target, your attacks ignore any resist radiant or resist necrotic the target has.

Fearsome Wrath

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Half-orc, avenger, oath of enmity power

Benefit: When you use your furious assault racial power against your oath of enmity target, the target takes a -1 penalty to attack rolls until the start of your next turn.

Fey Fate

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Elf, avenger, oath of enmity power

Benefit: When you use your elven accuracy racial power to reroll an attack roll made against your oath of enmity target and you hit, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls against that target until the end of your next turn.

The bonus increases to +4 at 11th level and +6 at 21st level.

Feyborn Pursuer

Prerequisite: Eladrin, avenger, oath of enmity power

Benefit: When you use your fey step racial power, you can teleport an extra 5 squares as long as you end adjacent to your oath of enmity target.

Fist of Heaven

Benefit: Your oath of enmity target takes a -2 penalty to saving throws against your avenger powers and your avenger paragon path powers.

Godsworn Alacrity

Benefit: While adjacent to your oath of enmity target, all other enemies treat squares adjacent to you as difficult terrain.

Benefit: When an oath of enmity target that is adjacent to you shifts, you can shift 1 square into a square it vacated.

Halo of Warding

Benefit: While you are adjacent to your oath of enmity target, you can make an opportunity attack against any other enemy that moves into a square adjacent to you, provided the enemy does not shift or is not moved into that square by teleportation or forced movement.

Benefit: You score critical hits on a roll of 19-20 against your oath of enmity target.

Harvester of Sorrows

Epic Tier

Prerequisite: 21st level, avenger, oath of enmity power, must worship the Raven Queen

Benefit: Whenever you reduce the target of your oath of enmity to 0 hit points, any enemy you can see within 10 squares grants combat advantage to you until the end of your next turn.

Heavenly Torrent

Epic Tier

Prerequisite: 21st level, avenger, oath of enmity power

Benefit: The first time you score a critical hit on your oath of enmity target during an encounter, each ally can make a second attack roll and use either result on the next attack he or she makes against that target before the start of your next turn.

Hero of Faith [Multiclass Avenger]

Prerequisite: Wis 15

Benefit: You gain training in one skill from the avenger’s class skills list.

Once per encounter, you can use the oath of enmity power. The effect lasts until you hit the target or until the target drops to 0 hit points. You cannot switch the target or extend the duration of the power in any way.

In addition, you can wield avenger implements.

Improved Armor of Faith

Benefit: While you are wearing cloth armor or no armor and aren’t using a shield, you gain a +1 bonus to AC.

Inexorable Pursuit

Invigorating Pursuit

Benefit: When you hit your oath of enmity target with a charge attack, you gain a +2 bonus to AC and damage rolls until the end of your next turn.

Reaping Vengeance

Benefit: If the creature triggering your dark reaping was also your oath of enmity target, you deal 1d8 extra necrotic damage with dark reaping, for a total of 2d8 + your Constitution modifier necrotic damage.

Righteous Focus

Benefit: While you are adjacent to your oath of enmity target, your allies gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls against it.

Rose King's Lunge

Heroic Tier

Prerequisite: Avenger, cleric, or paladin; proficiency with longsword

Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to Athletics checks.

Once per turn when you hit an enemy with an attack power associated with this feat while using a longsword, you can move 2 squares, even if you are restrained or immobilized.

Rose King's Run

Shadowfell Guidance

Benefit: When an ally hits with an attack benefiting from your divine guidance, the ally’s attack deals extra necrotic damage equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Soldier of the Faith [Multiclass Paladin]

Benefit: You gain training in one skill from the paladin’s class skill list.

Once per encounter, you can use the paladin’s divine challenge power.

Benefit: If you use your change shape racial power to assume the appearance of your oath of enmity target, you gain combat advantage against that creature until the end of your next turn.

Unleash the Beast

Benefit: If you are bloodied after your oath of enmity target hits you, you can use your longtooth shifting or razorclaw shifting racial power as an immediate reaction.

Unyielding Pursuit

Prerequisite: Avenger

Benefit: If you end a run action adjacent to a target of your oath of enmity, you take no penalty on attack rolls against your oath of enmity target from that run action.

Vengeance Recalled

Benefit: Whenever you hit your oath of enmity target with your darkfire racial power, it gains vulnerability to all damage equal to your Dexterity modifier until the start of your next turn.

Wrenching Abjuration

Benefit: When you hit with your abjure undead class feature, you can slide the target instead of pulling the target, but it must end the forced movement closer to you than where it began.
