Benefit: When you hit an enemy with a fighter daily attack power while wielding an axe, a hammer, or a pick, that enemy takes ongoing damage equal to your Constitution modifier (save ends). If the power already deals ongoing damage that has no damage type, instead increase that ongoing damage by an amount equal to your Constution modifier.

Benefit: You gain the elemental legacy power. You also gain resist 2 to acid, cold, fire, and lightning damage. This resistance increases to 3 at 11th level and 5 at 21st level.

Benefit: You can use your second wind as a free action.

Benefit: When an ally adjacent to your spirit companion is subjected to forced movement, you can dismiss your spirit companion as a free action. This lets you reduce the number of squares the ally would be forcibly moved by a number equal to your Constitution modifier.
