The Cram App is a (free) flashcard app that allows students to study/prepare for various types of tests. Cram lets you create flashcards for any subject, star (favorite) certain flashcard sets and it also tells you what you have recently studied using the app!

Step by Step Guide on How to use "Cram"

  1. Download the app "Cram" and sign up/make an account!
  2. Click on create flashcards to make a new set of flashcards. Then, type in the title, subject, description, set it to public or private access, and change the font and language.
  3. Fill in the front and back of the flashcard as directed to on the screen.
  4. Once you save the flashcard set, you can begin studying for your test!

  • Is Cram free?
    • Yes! While you do have to pay for a few extras (like changing the color of your font), the essentials are free!
  • Can I share my flashcards with others?
    • Of course! If you're using the website, just copy the URL and send it to them via email or text. If you are the app, click the arrow on the bottom of your set and choose how you wish to share it.
  • How is Cram different than Quizlet?
    • While Quizlet is the more-popular flashcard tool, Cram is just as reputable! With Cram, you can play games to keep your studying interesting.
  • Should I use the app or the website?
    • It depends on you! If you feel more comfortable sitting down with a computer, then use the website! However, we recommend using the app - it's free and you don't need to be connected to WiFi to use it.
