Understanding what is the consumption of seafood and how it has changed especially in relation to the period of "lockdown" in our country. Which and how much fish do we eat? where do we buy it? We would like to create a collection of data on the consumption of seafood for all citizens, both for those lucky enough to live near the sea and for those who live it at a "distance". The series of mini-questionnaires on the most commonly marketed and consumed species that are proposed will be useful to monitor not only the consumption of seafood, but also to understand how our eating habits have changed.
What is your knowledge about seafood and what and when do you consume them? This survey helps us evaluate what is the pressures on the aquatic ecosystems resulting from the domestic consumption of seafood. It will also help us determine if consumption rates are sustainable and if these data are in line with today's estimates.
