The video links shown will take you to short (2 - 7 minute) videos showing the different screens and functions in the new Order entry editing system.
The process is just about the same as the old system, except that there are some additional features and links to information.
If you've been using the Service Manager system for any time, you'll know that until now orders had to be entered in the 'old' Windows-based Service Manager program, and so, of course, you had to do that on a desktop or laptop, running Windows or a connection to a Terminal Server.
Now, ALL of the order creation, editing, and invoicing can be done in the new Order Entry module of the SMCP (Service Manager Control Panel). What this means is that you can now set up and modify work orders on your computers, but also on your tablets, or even on your smartphones.
