Create Multiple Items From Orders In One Click

New feature - create all your 'custom' (i.e., dedicated to a specific order) inventory with a single click from your sales orders.  In the Order Details screen, add miscellaneous, expensed items to your order, entering a quantity, description, and a price.  This may also be done on quotes as well (although you can't create actual inventory until the quote is converted to an order.)  If and when you are ready to create actual inventory, select the items you need, and just click 'Create items'.  All of the miscellaneous items become actual inventory, which can then be ordered, shipped, and costed like any other item.
