After selecting most recent items the list will populate above the standard entry fields. Once you've selected the quantity used and clicked Save at the top of Work Order Edit, any items without quantities will be erased from these fields. Erasing items is much the same as it has been, simply leave the fields blank (or enter 0 Qty used) and press Save, this will eliminate the line from the work order.
We've recently implemented a new Commonly Used Items on Work Order function to the Work Order Edit screen. This has been created to help mechanics search for consistently used items while in the field. The new option has been inserted just above Work performed codes and can be added as a Security Group Permission.
We've also added search parameters for the number of days and number of items you'll be including in your search. This can be beneficial if say you have an electrician who's worked the last 10 days as a service mechanic. In this scenario the electrician will want to limit their search parameters to only include the last 10 days.
