The Sales Group is determined by the office sales territory designated for the Ship To Location (i.e., where the project is located). For companies that have multiple office locations AND designate specific geographical territories, this allows Sales Leads and Orders to be identified by territory, regardless of the salesperson, service type or technician performing the work. The SM Sales Lead Report (1075), Monthly Sales (12), Monthly Billing (11) and SM Unbilled Orders Report (60) are all sorted by Sales Group which allows tracking of quote totals, sales, billing and backlog by those territories.
