A Google Drive Picker has been added to SMCP to more easily upload and view google drive files. This new picker will appear wherever you see the "Create/Upload to Google Drive" button or link. A pop window will appear and a folder will be created in google drive automatically if one is not already created. The name of the folder you are uploading into will be displayed on the top left of the window.
You can then drag and drop or select multiple files to upload to the folder.
Then click the "Create/Upload to Google Drive" button or link again and click the Google Drive tab in the picker window to view the files that have been uploaded to this folder.
The new picker will create a new folder in the parent folder defined in the SM System Options (1005) for that particular document type. Files can be uploaded to Sales Leads, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, AR Customers, and AP Vendors document types. The google drive parent folder associated with each document type can be defined in SM System Options (1005) from the main menu.
To enable the Google Drive Picker you must enable the Google Picker API in the Google API Console and obtain an API Key, Client ID, and Project ID. Enter this information in the SM System Options (1005) under Google API Settings. If you need help getting this information please contact AIRO Tech support.
