1947: UFO in Roswell

1947; an Unidentified Flying Object was found in Roswell. The discovery of a UFO had two immediate effects on the United States of America; they needed something manning the skies and the needed to collect intelligence information on their foreign enemies, even if they were not of this world.

So with this in mind, the United States of America made some drastic changes;

• 1947: The United States Air Force was created
• 1947: The CIA was created
• 1952: The NSA was formed
• 1953: The first Black Budget was created - this is money that the Government gives to the CIA and the NSA for Deep Black Programs that not even the President of the United States is aware of, this year the Black Budget was $68 billion dollars.

This is what changed the landscape of the United States. Because now you have agencies, that are funded by the Government, but are not supervised by the Government or held accountable by the Courts, not even the President of the United States is aware of what the black budget pays for, it is above his clearance level to know. This is where the corruption comes from. This is what changed America forever.
