Streaming Support

Before requesting streaming support, please carefully review the information below and make sure that you understand what we can and cannot provide.

We cannot provide support for events that:

  • Have no online attendees

  • Are very late notice

  • Are not iSchool events

We can provide training for the following:

  • Set up and take down of equipment

  • Moderation for the duration of the event

  • Remote support for fully-online events

  • Create and/or grant you access to a Zoom meeting

  • Train you on how to use Zoom

  • Train you on how to use the equipment in Bloedel 070

  • Zoom orientations for remote speakers or guests

Examples of events we provided training in the past:

  • Hybrid synchronous courses

  • Remote guest speakers

  • Dissertation defenses and dissertation proposal defenses (only if one or more committee members needs to attend remotely).

  • Student organization meetings

  • Staff and faculty meetings

  • iSchool committee meetings

  • Research Symposiums (formerly Research Conversations)
