Catalyst Tools are a set of web-based communication and collaboration applications designed for use in teaching, learning, research, and everyday work. The tools are created and maintained by UW IT
The very first time you log in to a Catalyst Tool using your UW Net ID and password, you will be directed to fill out a form used to create your Catalyst Profile. Your profile will determine how your name is displayed for others to see in any the Catalyst tools.
Tutorials and Resources
Catalyst WebQ allows students and faculty to create web-based quizzes and surveys. This tool is popular among students who want to create surveys for various class projects. There are currently no plans to retire it so students and faculty can continue using it.
