I have been Teaching for 27 years and hold the following degrees:
A.S. degree in Wildlife Biology
B.S. degree in Elementary Education K-6
M.S. Degree in Forensic Science
I hold teaching certifications in Florida for the following areas:
Earth & Space Science 6-12
Middle school science grades 5-9

By signing the signature form, you and your parent are indicating you have read ALL documents noted on the Electronic Signature Page.
In addition, all students will be provided a paper copy of the lab safety contract that must be signed by the student and the parent and turned in prior to participating in the first lab activity. The due date for this paper is Friday, August 14th.
