I will tutoring most Mondays after school from 3:15-4:15 and most Thursdays before school from 6:45 - 7:45 AM. Please look at the bottom of this page for my tutoring letter that I sent home. This letter has all the information you need to know about tutoring.
If your student is absent, he/she is missing my daily live lesson. I am assigning these in Edpuzzle under "No Due Date", so these videos are not confused with videos that are mandatory homework. If your child is absent, it is a good idea for him/her to watch the daily lesson and to take notes. It will help prepare them to complete their classwork practice.
Algebra is currently working in Chapter 10. In Chapter 10, students will review data displays, how to make them, and the measures of center and measures of variation. Students will learn which displays are categorical univariate/bivariate and numerical univariate/bivariate and their characteristics. Two-way frequency tables and scatterplots are data displays that will be new to students.
Geometry students are working in Chapter 9 - Transformation. Students will learn about rigid motions to create congruent figures (rotation, translation, reflection). Students will also learn about dilations and how they make similar figures.
