1/2 stick of butter 3 russet potatoes 1/2 cup of milk
Cut each potato lengthwise in half
put in pot of water with salt
bring to gentle boil and simmer for 20 min
Drain, turn heat u[ to high and return to stove. Cook on high for 30 sec to remove excess water Mash potatoes in 2 passes
Put in bitter, mash 3-4 passes
Pour in milk, stir with masher 2x
Salt and Pepper
Whip for 15 seconds with beater
