3 ears of corn, halved
1 cup of milk
4 cups of water
2 serrano chilis cut into quarters
1 stick of butter
6 smashed garlic cloves
1 tblspn of kosher salt
1/4 cup of hot sauce
SPICE MIX
Acho powder
Sea Slat
Ground Peppercorns
Cayenne Pepper
Place all ingredients on a dutch oven (except corn & spice mix) and bring to boil
Add corn and boil for 8-10 minutes
Remove with tongs
Coat generously with spice mix
